C7 <br />- GLA continues to observe and test the geosynthetics installation on the floor and <br />sideslopes. <br />- GLA tested two additional destructive tests on the geomembrane seams done <br />during the higher temperatures and found them to be within the specified <br />requirements. <br />- GLA conducted a water puddle leak location test and found no holes in the <br />primary geomembrane. <br />- GLA observed the placement of the clay plug in the anchor trench. <br />- GLA is conducting conformance testing on the drainage rock. <br />8. Health and safety/Environmental issues: <br />- Guinn/GLA/Republic reported no health and safety issues for the week. <br />- Guinn will continue to provide copies of the weekly tailgate safety meetings to <br />the Forward front office who will make copies and email to Lochlin. <br />- Republic provided copies of the previous health and safety meetings to GLA. <br />Copies have been attached to these meeting minutes. <br />- Guinn/Republic reported no dust control issues. <br />- GLA will continue to provide weekly progress reports and CQA reports to Ross at <br />the RWQCB. <br />- Lewis Engineering and the RWQCB attended a site visit and observed the cell <br />construction. <br />9. Other items: <br />- The existing tie-in on the southwest corner has geocomposite has undergone <br />some degradation in the sun. Comanco, GLA, and Republic went out to this area <br />and determined that the geocomposite needs to be replaced. Following today's <br />meeting; Guinn and Comanco will provide costs to replace the material.
