- Guinn and Comanco will provide cost to Republic on replacing the <br />weathered geocomposite in the southwest <br />1. Comments from previous meeting: <br />- Jose Hernandez's phone number was corrected. <br />2. Review of work progress since previous meeting: <br />- Guinn continued to pump leachate. <br />- Guinn stockpiled drainage rock on the upper deck. <br />- Guinn began filling clay plug in the anchor trench. <br />- Comanco finished placing GCL and HDPE geomembrane on the sideslope. <br />- Comanco finished placing HDPE geomembrane on the cell floor. <br />- Comanco started placing geocomposite on the slopes. <br />3. Projected schedule: <br />- Guinn will place LCRS piping next Tuesday. <br />- Guinn will continue to pump leachate. <br />- Once LCRS piping is in place, Guinn will place drainage rock on the cell floor <br />and then place the filter geotextile over the drainage material. <br />- Comanco will complete the geocomposite on the slopes on Wednesday. <br />- Comanco will begin placement of the geogrid and HDPE geomembrane on the <br />upper deck on Thursday. <br />- Comanco will begin cushion geotextile placement on the floor on Saturday. <br />- RJA is conducting a comprehensive topo of all of the system components. <br />4. Field observations, problems, conflicts, and changes: <br />- None <br />5. Issues which impede the construction schedule and corrective measures: <br />- Guinn has order the piping and tank to be perforated and is expecting delivery <br />early next week. <br />6. Review of submittals and RFI's: <br />- Lewis Engineering provided approval of RFI -001 and RFI -002. <br />7.
