3. Projected schedule: <br />- Guinn will place granular drainage material on top area. <br />- Guinn will place operations soil over the filter geotextile on top area. <br />- Once dipole leak location testing is complete, Guinn will finish the termination <br />berm. <br />- RJA will provide surveying as-builts for the second half of the cell by August 14th <br />- Project completion is estimated to be August 19tH <br />4. Field observations, problems, conflicts, and changes: <br />MZ <br />5. Issues which impede the construction schedule and corrective measures: <br />- The quantity of geotextile will be close to complete the work on the top area. <br />Guinn will be utilizing some material from Newby. They should know by the end of <br />the day if they will have enough material and will notify Republic. <br />6. Review of submittals and RFI's: <br />- No submittals or RFI's are outstanding. <br />7. Review of CQA activities: <br />- GLA is observing Guinn's construction activities. <br />- GLA is conducting conformance testing on the drainage rock and observing <br />placement. <br />- GLA is observing placement of the filter geotextile. <br />- GLA is observing the placement of the operations layer. <br />- GLA is conducting dipole leak location testing on top of the operations lay soil <br />today. <br />8. Health and safety/Environmental issues: <br />- Guinn/GLA/Republic reported no health and safety issues for the week. <br />- Guinn will continue to provide copies of the weekly tailgate safety meetings to <br />the Forward front office who will make copies and email to Lochlin. <br />- Republic provided copies of the previous health and safety meetings to GLA. <br />Copies have been attached to these meeting minutes. <br />- Guinn/Republic reported no dust control issues. <br />Forward Landfill WMU FU -13 <br />Progress Meeting Minutes Page 2 <br />
