Monitorinn Methods <br />a. Facility operators shall_ explain how the facility's <br />monitoring program will satisfy the monitoring program <br />objectives of Section B.2. This shall include: <br />i. Rationale and description of the visual observation <br />methods, location, and frequency. <br />ii. Rationale and description of the sampling methods, <br />ANIL location, and frequency; and <br />iii. Identification of: the analytical methods and <br />corresponding method detection limits used to <br />detect pollutants in storm water discharges. This <br />shall include justification that the method <br />detection limits are adequate to satisfy the <br />objectives of the monitoring program. <br />
