Grouu Monitoring <br />Facility Operators may participate in group monitoring as <br />described below. A facility operator that participates in <br />group monitoring shall develop and implement a written site- <br />specific SWPPP and monitoring program in accordance with the <br />General Permit and must satisfy any group monitoring <br />requirements. The group- reader or local agency permittee <br />shall schedule sampling to meet the following condition_ <br />(i) to evenly ddstribute the sample collection over the conditions: <br />five--year terra; of this General Permit, and (ii) to <br />collect samples from the two storm events at each <br />participant's fa Kit,,- in different and non --consecutive <br />wet seasons. New participants who join in Years 4 and 5 <br />of this General Permit are not subject to Condition (ii) <br />above. Group leaders shall -explain in the annual Grow <br />Evaluation Report why any scheduled samples were not <br />collected and reschedule the sampling so that all <br />required samples are collected during the term of this <br />General Permit. <br />C. The group leader or local agency permittee must have the <br />appropriate resources to develop and implement the GNP. <br />The e group leader or local agency permittee must also have <br />the authority to terminate any participant who is not <br />complying with this General Permit and the GMP. <br />
