_40 - <br />The group leader or local agency permittee is responsible <br />for. <br />i . Developing, implementing, and revising the Gi9E'; <br />Developing and subr<iitting an annual Group Evaluation <br />Report to the State Water Board and/or Regional <br />Water Board by August 1 of each year that includes: <br />(1) An evaluation and summary of all group <br />monitoring data, <br />(2) An evaluation of the u-.rerall perforriiance of the <br />GMP participants in complying with this General <br />Permit amid the GNP, <br />(3) Pecoubmended baseline amid site-specific BMPs <br />that should be considered by each participant <br />based upon Items (1) and (2) above, arid <br />(4) A copy of each evaluation, report and <br />recommended Etv]Ps as required in Section <br />B.1S.d.v. 7,,Clow. <br />Recommending approprizte BNPs to reduce or prevent <br />pollutants with industrial activiti e, s in <br />Storm water discharges acid authorized non -storm, <br />water dis.chaTges; <br />Assisting each participant in completing their <br />Annual Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation and <br />Annual. P.eport; <br />V. Conducting a minimum of two on-site inspections of <br />each participant's facility (it is recommended that <br />these inspections be scheduled during the Annual <br />Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation) during the <br />term of this General. Permit to evaluate the <br />participant's compliance with this General Permit <br />and the TIP, and to recommend any additional BtiPs <br />necessary to achieve compliance with this General <br />Permit. Participants that join in Years 4 and 5 <br />shall be scheduled for one evaluation. A copy of <br />the evaluation and recommended BMPs shall be <br />provided to the participants; <br />vi.
