Arcadis Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs) <br />CMVs operated by Arcadis employees on public roadways will not be utilized on this project. Arcadis <br />defines a CMV as any single vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) >10,001 pounds or a truck <br />and trailer combination with a combined GVWR ?10,001 pounds (GVWR of truck + GVWR of trailer = <br />?10,001 pounds). <br />Site Control <br />The scope of work on this project does not require use of site control. <br />Decontamination <br />Decontamination protocols are addressed in the applicable task JSA(s) for this project. The applicable <br />JSAs are attached to this HASP. <br />Sanitation <br />The project scope is a mobile work operation. The project field team will have reasonable access to <br />restroom facilities within 10 minutes of the work area where the mobile work activity is actively taking place. <br />Potable water will be carried by the field team in the vehicle used for the project. Unless alternate <br />requirements are stipulated in a plan supplement (i.e. Heat Injury and Illness Prevention Plan), permit or <br />JSA, bottled or water coolers with potable water will be provided to project workers at 1 gallon/worker/day. <br />Safety Briefings <br />Arcadis will lead all safety briefings on this project and will document the safety briefing on a Tailgate Safety <br />Briefing form or logbook. Safety briefings will be conducted once at the beginning of each work day unless <br />the Site Safety Officer deems more frequent safety briefings will be required based on work being <br />conducted. All project workers, including Arcadis subcontractors, will be required to attend the safety <br />briefing. Site visitors and project workers not on duty during the morning safety briefing will receive the <br />safety briefing upon their arrival onto the project site for the day. <br />Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Program <br />The CPM or APM is responsible for reviewing and establishing BBS goals for the project.
