Ll <br />Safety Equipment and Supplies <br />Safety equipment/supply requirements are addressed in the JSA or Permit for the task being performed. If <br />work is not performed under a JSA or Permit, the following safety equipment is required to be present on <br />site in good condition (Check all that apply): <br />X First aid kit <br />Bloodborne pathogens kit <br />X Fire extinguisher <br />Eyewash (ANSI compliant) <br />X Eyewash (bottle) <br />EDrinking water <br />Other: <br />Control of Ticks and Poisonous Plants <br />Insect repellent: <br />X Sunscreen <br />Air horn <br />X Traffic cones <br />2 -way radios <br />Heat stress monitor <br />Poisonous plant pre/post exposure lotion/soap <br />Work on this project has a low tick exposure hazard. Use of inspect repellent (DEET and/or permethrin) is <br />recommended. Wear light colored clothing to help identify presence of ticks on staff. Keep shirt tails inside <br />pants. <br />Work on this project has a low poisonous plant exposure hazard. First aid kits should be equipped with <br />post exposure soap as a precaution. Inspect work area for presence of hazard prior to initiating work at the <br />location. Wear disposable gloves during work and while removing outer footwear. <br />International Travel <br />International travel is not required for this project. <br />
