Violation T27 CCR 20690—Alternate Daily Cover—Pull tarp did not cover entire bottom edge(approximately 3 feet)of <br /> exposed waste at tipping pad. <br /> a. Cover all waste. <br /> 2. Violation T 27 CCR 20820—Drainage and Erosion Control-Erosion channels have not been repaired. <br /> a. Fill in erosion channels,especially the deep erosion channels. <br /> 3.l Violation PRC 44014(b)—Terms and Conditions of Permit-Records indicate on May 10,2006,this facility received 856 <br /> tons of waste. The tonnage of waste received on that date exceeded the permitted maximum tonnage of 825 per day. <br /> a. The amount of waste received at this facility shall not exceed the permitted maximum tonnage listed in the Solid <br /> Waste Facility Permit(SWFP). <br /> 4. AC PRC 44004(a)-Significant Change-Records indicate on May 10,2006,this facility received 856 tons of waste. <br /> The tonnage of waste received on that date exceeded the permitted maximum tonnage of 825 per day. <br /> a. Increase in the tonnage received at this facility constitutes a significant change in the operation. All significant <br /> change in operation requires prior approval from the LEA and concurrence from the CIWMB. <br /> Note: This AC in Significant Change will become a violation for next month's inspection if the tonnage of <br /> waste exceeds the permitted maximum tonnage. <br /> 5. AC T27 CCR 20650—Grading of Fill Surfaces-Some grading has been completed along north edge of deck for old <br /> modules(modules 1 and 2). More grading is needed at the NE and NW corners(modules 1 and 2),and at south deck <br /> (module3). <br /> a. Continue to regrade the deck surface at the NE and NW corners of old modules,and at south deck(module)to <br /> promote lateral runoff of the precipitation and to prevent ponding. <br /> 6:AC T 27 CCR—20760—Nuisance Control-Odors observed at Fusion Well#3 (at module 3).
