Violation T27 CCR 20690—Alternate Daily Cover—Pull tarp did not cover two large tree stumps at bottom section of tipping <br /> pad. <br /> a. Cover all waste. <br /> 2. Violation PRC 44014(b)—Terms and Conditions of Permit-Records indicate on June 7,2006,this facility received 862 tons <br /> of waste. The tonnage of waste received on that date exceeded the permitted maximum tonnage of 825 per day. <br /> a. The amount of waste received at this facility shall not exceed the permitted maximum tonnage listed in the Solid <br /> Waste Facility Permit(SWFP). <br /> 3. Violation PRC 44004(a)—Significant Change-Records indicate on May 10,2006,this facility received 856 tons of waste. <br /> The tonnage of waste received on that date exceeded the permitted maximum tonnage of 825 per day. <br /> a. Increase in the tonnage received at this facility constitutes a significant change in the operation. All significant <br /> change in operation requires prior approval from the LEA and concurrence from the CIWMB. <br /> 4. AC T 27 CCR 20950—Personnel Health and Safety-Observed one drivers of refuse vehicles not wearing safety vests <br /> and hard hats when they are out of their vehicles at the disposal area. <br /> a. Ensure that all personnel working at disposal area wear safety equipment. <br /> 5. AC T 27 CCR 20800—Dust Control—Dusty conditions observed at access road. <br /> a. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br /> 6.AC T 27 CCR 20860—Daily Cover-Bench between module 3 and 4: exposed solid waste observed and further grading <br /> needed at east side of bench. <br /> a.
