Note T27 CCR—Beneficial Reuse 20686(c)-Woodwaste currently being stockpiled at module 3 at south slope to be <br /> compacted for winter pad(instead of being stockpiled at designated storage cement area). At time of inspection,no <br /> woodwaste was stored at designated woodwaste storage area as indicated JTD dated March 4,2005. <br /> a. A winterization plan has not been submitted to the EHD. Submit to the EHD a winterization plan. The plan shall <br /> include location,site map,and timelines for construction of winter pad(s). <br /> 8. Notes: <br /> A. Previous torn tarps(Auto tarps)have been repaired. <br /> B. Erosion channels have been repaired(previous AC cleared). <br /> C. Small erosion channels in lift in module 4(facing south)have been repaired. <br /> D. Construction of gas extraction system is in progress. <br /> E. Facility began operation after 7 AM in accordance with permitted hours of operation as specified in SWFP. <br /> F. Gas probes measured were less than 5%methane by volume of air. <br /> G. Vegetation and grasses along site boundary has been cleared away. <br /> H. Grading of ponding areas has been completed at deck for old modules(modules I and 2). <br /> I.
