E
Repeat offenders will be banned from the site and reported to the California De-
partment of Health Services (DHS). If hazardous or other unacceptable wastes
are detected, site personnel will place the material in a chemical storage shed lo-
cated on site and notify a state -approved contractor to clean up, transport, and
dispose of the waste at an appropriate facility. The incident and response will be
recorded in the site records.
Throughout the waste handling process, site personnel will follow the safety pro-
cedures established by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works to
protect workers from hazardous materials.
The San Joaquin County Local Health District will be notified of any incidents or
actions taken. In addition, the County Office of Energy Services will be notified in
the event of a threat to human health.
PJ9 9390218A.00W 64 Rev. 0 July 20, 1989
