For all new sites, copies of lease agreements shall <br />be submitted and substantiation shall be shown that the <br />disposal site owner is cognizant of the disposal operations <br />and of the responsibilities assigned to the site owner by the <br />standards." <br />"The plot plan must be accurately drawn to a scale which <br />permits identification of adjacent land uses within 1,000 feet <br />of the site boundaries." <br />SECTION 17616(f) <br />"Identification on the plan of the specific limits of the existing <br />and planned disposal area(s) showing relationships to the <br />property boundary lines and adjacent land uses surrounding <br />the site. Distances to the nearest structures shall be identi- <br />fied." <br />"Note: If the disposal area is not the entire site, setback ar- <br />eas and areas not be used for disposal are to be shown. <br />The plan must allow identification of all structures, ease- <br />ments, land uses, etc., within 1,000 feet of the site bound- <br />aries. Included among structures are buildings, water wells, <br />sewage disposal systems, and power or telephone lines." <br />SECTION 17616(g) <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />"A description of the sequence of development stages of <br />the disposal site operation, giving tentative implementation <br />schedules for development, usage, site completion, and <br />closure. Describe the extent of change which will occur in <br />areas which will be excavated for the placement of wastes <br />or for the mining of cover materials." <br />"This is an overall site development plan, covering identifi- <br />cation and timing of individual phases of site development. <br />Indicate which portions of the site have been designated to <br />date, and those areas proposed for future use which would <br />require permit revisions or additional approvals.
