Load checker or other refuse worker finds prohibitea waste <br />for which the responsible party is unknown: <br />This situation may involve discovery, by landfill employees, <br />of prohibited waste for which the responsible party is not <br />known. In this case, the waste is removed from the site <br />and disposed of at a hazardous waste site by a hazardous <br />waste hauler. Tf the waste is containerized, it is <br />removed to an on-site hazardous waste; storage locker. If <br />it is not containerized, the area is marked to adequately <br />offset fill operations until removal is performed; and <br />procedures listed in Section IV, "Procedures for Handling <br />Identified Hazardous Waste", are followed for ultimate <br />disposal. <br />n <br />n <br />n <br />11 <br />n <br />1 <br />
