6. Records that demonstrate compliance with fire control requirements of federal, state, and <br /> local fire authorities. <br /> 7. The County records the following as it becomes available and has notified the <br /> enforcement agency of the records location: <br /> • Local restriction demonstrations per Title 27 Section 20270. <br /> • Inspection records, training procedures, and notification procedures required by <br /> Title 27, Section 20870. <br /> • Gas monitoring results from monitoring and any remediation plans required by <br /> Title 27 Section 20935. <br /> • Groundwater monitoring results are required by the current Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements. <br /> • Closure and post closure plans per Title 27 Section 21780. <br /> • Cost estimates and financial assurance documentation per Section Title 27 Section <br /> 22221. <br /> 8. Records are kept available for inspection by enforcement for regulatory agencies during <br /> business hours. <br /> 7.1.3 Site Security and Access , <br /> The landfill site is secured by a barbed wire perimeter fence and a main entrance/exit gate. <br /> Access is limited to the main gate, which is located on the north side of the facility. This gate is <br /> locked during non-operating hours. <br /> Access to the site is along the paved entrance road shown on the Site Plan (Plate 2). <br /> 7.1.4 Ancillary and Other Site Facilities <br /> Ancillary facilities are shown on the plot plan and described in Chapter 2.
