SECTION 10 <br /> SPECIAL <br /> SECTION 10. CONSTRUCTION DETAILS <br /> SECTION 10-1. GENERAL <br /> ' <br /> 10-1.0 1 ORDER OF WORK.--Order of work shall conform to the <br /> provisions in Section 5-1.05, "Order of Work," of the Standard Specifications. <br /> at he North Count Landfill well SG-17 and proceed <br /> A. Work shall begin t y <br /> counter-clockwise. When drilling and well construction is complete at North <br /> ' County Landfill, the Contractor may begin work at Foothill Landfill. <br /> ' B. Materials may be mobilized to the Foothill Landfill while work proceeds at the <br /> North County Landfill. Refer to Section 4 also. <br /> C. At Foothill Landfill, drilling shall begin at a well selected by the Contractor and <br /> proceed consecutively to adjacent wells. <br /> 10-1.01A ADDITIONAL WORK.--If a directive by the Engineer, whether <br /> written or verbal, seems to the Contractor to be a change of contract scope, the <br /> Contractor shall immediately call the Engineer's attention to that interpretation. Failure <br /> of the Contractor to call the attention of the Engineer to such a directive is acceptance <br /> by the Contractor of that directive as a contract change at no additional cost and at no. <br /> additional contract time. <br /> The Contractor may request information in writing at his discretion. The <br /> Contractor shall request information in writing if so directed by the Engineer. <br /> The Engineer may question workers as desired. Such questions are not to be <br /> considered directives by the Engineer to the worker. <br /> 10-1.0113 USE OF SITE <br /> A. WORK HOURS: <br /> 1. Contractor personnel may be on site and performing work on working <br /> days from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. <br /> 2. Heavy equipment, such as drill rigs or earth moving equipment, may be <br /> used on the site from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Contractor's personnel may <br /> not be on site other than at these times, except as identified below. <br /> 3. Contractor personnel may be on site for equipment maintenance on <br /> Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Equipment may not be used and <br /> no work may be performed during this time. <br /> 10-1 <br />
