Probe Pipe Valve Installation. <br /> 1 Probe pipe valve installation shall be done after installation of the well <br /> enclosure per section 55-S. <br /> 2 Cut probe pipes to install probe pipe valves. When installed, probe pipe <br /> ' valves shall have clearance from the top of the well enclosure lid as <br /> specified in the well enclosure details. <br /> 3 Paint probe pipe valves per the depth of the probe pipe prior to <br /> installation as follows. <br /> a Deep probe pipe: Yellow/Gold <br /> b Intermediate probe pipe: Blue <br /> c Shallow probe pipe: Red <br /> 4 Install all threaded fittings with Teflon tape. All fittings shall be secure and <br /> tight. <br /> 5 Install the probe pipe valve on the probe pipe. <br /> 6 Install blank identification tags on the top of the probe pipe as follows: <br /> a Deep probe pipe: Yellow/Gold <br /> b Intermediate probe pipe: Blue <br /> c Shallow probe pipe: Red <br /> The tags shall be secured on the probe pipe with stainless steel tie wires, <br /> or equivalent. The identification tags shall not slide on the probe pipe when <br /> secured. <br /> 07 FINISHED GRADE RESTORATION <br /> A Restore areas disturbed by work to approximate conditions. Work shall be <br /> considered complete when all construction materials, debris, and equipment are <br /> removed from the sites, and boring locations are in clean condition. <br /> B Surplus Backfill Materials: Transport and remove surplus backfill materials from <br /> the staging area. <br />
