I.Q. HAS). Driller
is Frank. Helper is Kris.
8:30 am: Started drilling SG -20. Logged soils.
12:00 pm: At 80 ft bgs. Added a couple gallons of water to aid drilling.
12:15 pm: Vector is now responsible for measuring perforated length and total length of pipe before
installation (per Mike Carroll, Solid Waste). Joyesh (Solid Waste) has provided table of lengths.
12:40 pm: Finish drilling SG -20.
2:00 pm: Start well construction at SG -20. Env. Health inspectors Mike Kith and Alfonso Arambula at SG -
20. Per Mike Kith, is okay to leave well partially completed overnight. Don't need bentonite on
top, just need to leave auger in so hole doesn't collapse.
3:30 pm: Cut top couple feet off of intermediate probe pipe (had 10 ft above grade, as expected). Since
cut off blue end, marked with tape and marker that was intermediate probe,
3:40 pm* Stopped well construction at 10 ft depth (top of bentonite). Env. Health inspectors left.
4:15 pm: offsite.
Loft
E
6
