Env. Health inspector Alfonso arrived. <br />9:10-9:25 am: Finished SG -20 well construction. Hydrated top of bentonite, covered hole. Env. Health <br />inspector Natalia observed final well. Alfonso offsite at 9:30 am. <br />9:40am: Began drilling SG -19. Logged soils for 85 -ft hole. No sand lenses observed within the 43ft-48 ft <br />zone. <br />1:30 pm: Env. Health inspector Natalia at SG -19 site. <br />1:50 pm: Finished drilling SG -119. <br />2:00 pm: Measured pipe lengths and perforated sections. Env. Health inspector observed. Ok to proceed. <br />2:10 pm: Began constructing SG -19 well. <br />2,20 pm: Shortly after placed deep probe, lost end of probe pipe. Could see pipe end about 2 ft bgs. <br />Pulled auger to attempt to grab pipe end and check for problem. <br />3:00 pm: Got pipe end again. Pipe back to sitting original height above ground surface. Hole still open. <br />Measured hole depth — has I ft of gravel (they had placed about 1 bucket), depth to gravel= 8411. <br />3:05 pm: Env, Health Natalia went to other drill site (SG -17) to discuss concerns about probe pipe damage <br />with Mike Carroll and Joyesh (Solid Waste). Well construction halted. <br />3:15 pm: Drillers were told OK to proceed with construction, as relayed by Natalia (Env. Health) and Mark <br />Penne (LFG). <br />3:30 pm: Construction of well SG -19 completed, Approved by Env. Health inspector Natalia. <br />3,45 pm: Offsite. <br />D <br />Ws <br />
