A GF EFtdF, NT <br /> THIS AGREL?1SNT made and entered into this ?.0th __ day <br /> i <br /> OfGer__:tib_t , 1966, by and between San Joaquin County, a <br /> political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter called <br /> COUt11, and the City of `.'racy, California, a municipal corporation, here- <br /> inafter called CITY. <br /> WITNESS ETH: <br /> WHER-EAS, C11'Y and COaW each own an undivided one-half interest <br /> in that certain A2.79 acres, more or less, parcel of real property generally <br /> s <br /> located scuth of the City of Tracy on Corral Hollow Road, which property <br /> Is presently used as a refuse disposal area and which is hereinafter <br /> called ARFJi; and, <br /> WHME."-.S, the refuse disposal area is now being operated-by CITY <br /> pursuant to that certain agreement by and between these parties dated <br /> May 11, 1959; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to continue to cooperate in the <br /> operation and management of the existing refuse disposal area by virtue of <br /> . . :-:..arrangemments differing from those set forth in the existing agreement. <br /> j <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the partes <br /> hereto that: <br /> i <br /> 1.
