In reference to section 17751, the engineer should submit a site <br />development plan for the continuance of the landfill program. <br />The plan shall include all the necessary data and engineering <br />ingredients as for a new site (refer to instrucitons Report of <br />Disposal Site Information). Some of the required information may <br />already be In the existing Report of Disposal Site Information, <br />or may have been previously developed for other regulatory <br />agencies such as the Regional Water Quality Control Boards. The <br />existing plans may, however, have become invalid or outdated for <br />various reasons, e.g. new regulatory and environmental standards, <br />changes in waste stream volume and texture, changes in local <br />planning and development enactments, changes in waste disposal <br />techniques, or undiscovered hydrology or geology problems at time <br />of original permit issuance. <br />The plan as reviewed shall include as -built landfillplan draw- <br />ings and revised report of the site as it now exists. Pre- <br />paration and excavation plan, profiles and cross section details <br />are to be presented in scale drawings and revised report of the <br />site as it now exists.
