F. Recycling and composting: <br /> Recycling and composting is not performed at the Corral Hollow <br /> Sanitary Landfill. <br /> G. Landscaping and irrigation: <br /> The final design grades proposed are presented in the Closure <br /> Plan for the site. As shown on the site Closure Plan drawings, <br /> the final cover for the landfill will include a vegetative layer. <br /> This soil layer will be planted with a drought and erosion <br /> resistant grass. This grass will be "Blando Bromme" or a similar <br /> species which will require fertilization but not irrigation. <br /> H. Site life: <br /> The site capacityand service life is estimated ated on pages 2 and 3 <br /> of the Closure Plan. According to this estimate the site life <br /> will extend to January 1993 . <br /> Tables 1 and 2 of the Closure plan also show the approximate <br /> capacities, service lives and completion dates for each of the <br /> four landfill design Modules, in their sequence of completion. <br /> I. Planning for future use after closure: <br /> The site's postclosure land use will be consistent with the <br /> surrounding terrain. The closed site will be maintained as <br /> nonirrigated open space. <br /> 15 <br />
