Project involved evaluating and <br /> strengthening approximately 20 miles of levees along San Joaquin River to meet <br /> FEMA requirements for one-hundred year flood protection. Mr. Dell was project <br /> engineer involved in slope stability and seepage analysis, as well as supervising <br /> construction monitoring and testing. <br /> San Joaquin County Human Services Building, Stockton, California. Mr. Dell <br /> was project engineer for geotechnical investigation for this five-story concrete <br /> building in downtown Stockton.
