IPA TRICK C. DELL
Select Project Experience (continued)
Downtown Stockton Parking Garage, Stockton, California. Responsible for
geotechnical investigation and observations and testing during construction of
four-story parking garage with concrete post-tensioned floor slabs. Mr. Dell has been involved as project engineer
with the construction of the most recent phase at Discovery Bay involving the
grading of approximately 1.6 million cubic yards of soil. Mr. Dell also performed
a geotechnical investigation for the proposed next phase. This latest investigation
involved the use of cone penetrometer soundings in conjunction with regular
drilling methods to evaluate liquefaction potential at this site.
Brookside Development, Stockton, California. Mr. Dell is currently project
engineer for this twelve-hundred acre residential/commercial project on the west
side of Stockton. This project involved evaluations and strengthening of
approximately four and one half miles of levees to meet FEMA requirements for
one hundred year flood protection as well as grading operations involving several
hundred thousand cubic yards of soil.
