2.4 REPORTING <br /> The contractor prepares a report to County containing the data collected (in Microsoft t <br /> Excel spreadsheet format) includes <br /> 1 Data as listed above under the task of quarterly LFG perimeter monitoring. E <br /> 2 Recommendations for further action. <br /> 2.5 ADDITIONAL (NON-ROUTINE) SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE <br /> Non-routine scheduled maintenance is corrective repair or maintenance that can be <br /> scheduled to allow for procurement of materials, equipment, scheduling of personnel, etc. <br /> f <br /> As needed, the contractor shall provide the County a time and materials not to exceed or <br /> lump sum estimate for the specific corrective repair or maintenance work identified during <br /> the routine site visits. The work will proceed subsequent to written authorization from <br /> County staff. <br /> i <br /> 2.6 EMERGENCY SERVICES <br /> Emergency services include events that require immediate response include, but are not <br /> limited to: <br /> 1 Call out by the flare station auto-dialer or County personnel <br /> 2 Repair of main header line breaks (resulting In no gas flow to the blower/flare , <br /> station) <br /> 3 Odor complaints <br /> 4 Loss-of flare ignition and failure of the flare to operate <br /> 5 Surging vacuum(as directed by the County) <br /> Emergency services shall be performed subsequent to notification and authorization from <br /> the County. Responses to the urgent nature of these items are such that they cannot be <br /> scheduled. The contractor's staff would respond to these conditions, as needed, 24 hours <br /> per day, 7 days per week. The contractor shall at all times maintain a 24=hour toll-free <br /> emergency contact. <br /> 2.7 SPARE PARTS INVENTORY <br /> Operation-critical spare parts that are not available from the manufacturer or supplier <br /> within a reasonable time are kept on-site or at the Solid Waste Division offices.
