t2. Resurvey of reworked grid areas as necessary. E. Record Survey Drawing Preparation 1. Prepare record drawings for each layer surveyed with grid point number design elevation and record elevation for each point-on-point grid coordinate location. Sheets subsequent to the prepared subgrade shall contain in tabular ' format the prepared subgrade record elevation (or other layer record elevation), then final cover and earthfill designs and record elevations and actual thicknesses. The LFG pipe trenches and GCL limit surveys shall be on a separate drawing sheet. Drawing sheets to be considered are as follows: a. Top of Prepared Subgrade grid b. LFG gas trenches c. GCL Limit d. Ditch alignment and grades Some record drawings may be combined with prior authorization from Engineer. Drawings shall be 1"=50' scale and shall be in AutoCAD version 14 format. Drawings are to be produced in electronic format, on CD disk with hard prints on bond. The hard copy set shall be sealed by the Surveyor. 2. A letter certifying that the earthwork layers are within specified grading tolerances and meet or exceed specified thickness shall be prepared, sealed by the Surveyor, and accompany the record survey drawing submittal. I The Record Survey Drawing preparation and submittal may be prepared for each layer and submitted with or following the submittal of the verification survey data in Article 1.04 B.S. The Engineer shall have 10 working days for review. ' 4. AutoCAD drawings shall be on the same basis as the Construction Drawings. F. Other Facilities 1. Stake locations for other facilities as necessary for determining correct locations and elevations for construction, and provide verification survey data when indicated by the specifications for the item of work.
