3.07 FIELDQ UALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. The CQA Engineer will collect samples of geocomposite delivered to the site, for <br />conformance testing at a minimum frequency of one (1) per hundred thousand <br />(100,000) square feet of geocomposite, and perform tests as outlined in the CQA <br />Manual to determine product compliance with specified values. <br />B. Samples will be taken across the entire width excluding the first three feet of the roll <br />unless otherwise approved. Sample size will be three feet long by the roll width. <br />3.08 ACCEPTANCE <br />A. Contractor retains all ownership and responsibility for geocomposite until <br />acceptance by the Engineer. <br />B. Engineer accepts geocomposite when: <br />1. The installation is complete. <br />2. Conformance tests verify product requirements. <br />3. Documentation of installation is complete including the CQAC's final report. <br />4. Verification of the adequacy of all seams and repairs, including associated <br />testing, is complete. <br />5. Written certification documents have been received by the Engineer. <br />PART 4 - MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br />4.01 MEASUREMENT <br />A. Payment for furnishing and installing Geocomposite Drainage Layer will be by unit <br />price per square foot quoted in the Bid Schedule. <br />4.02 PAYMENT <br />A.
