® Each section is marked according to construction drawing requirements, including <br /> pipe manufacturer, SDR size,ASTM designation, and date of manufacturer <br /> ® Received log is complete <br /> Damaged pipe must be rejected and removed from the site or stored at a location, separate from <br /> the accepted pipe. Pipe that does not have proper manufacturer's documentation must also be <br /> stored at a separate location until documentation has been received and approved. <br /> The CQA Monitor will verify that: <br /> ® Pipe is installed to the lines and grades shown on the drawings, as verified by survey <br /> at every 100 linear feet along the installed pipes, at every inlet structure, and outlet <br /> point. <br /> ® Pipe segments are joined consistent with the manufacturer's recommended procedure. <br /> ® Pipe installation is performed with minimum amount of lifting and moving. <br /> ® Fittings are not used as the point of attachment for lifting. <br /> ® Loose materials (shavings, soil, stones, etc.) are removed from the pipe. <br /> CH CQA Plan 041712 Rev2a.doc 5_12 Construction Quality Assurance Plan <br />
