A sample monitoring form is <br /> attached. <br /> 1 Date, time, and name of monitoring personnel <br /> 2 Meteorological conditions (e.g., wind direction and velocity, <br /> barometric pressure, ambient temperature, general weather <br /> observations, etc) <br /> 3 Methane, oxygen and carbon dioxide gas concentrations <br /> 4 Instrument calibration <br /> 2.3 SURFACE EMISSION MONITORING <br /> The County's on-call contractor monitors surface emissions in accordance with the <br /> rSJVAPCD permit conditions and CCR Title 17. The County's on-call contractor is <br /> required to notify the County for any excess emission after detection. The <br /> contractor is then required to mark the excess emission location in the field and <br /> document the excess emission The County will correct any excess emissions after <br /> detection as soon as possible. <br /> 1.1.B REPORTING <br /> Monitoring reports are submitted as required by CCR Title 17 and SJVAPCD <br /> permit. County's contractor prepares the surface emission report and provides to <br /> the County for submittal. <br /> i2.4 ADDITIONAL (NON-ROUTINE) SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE <br /> ' Non-routine scheduled maintenance is corrective repair or maintenance that can <br /> be scheduled to allow for procurement of materials, equipment, scheduling of <br /> personnel, etc. <br /> As needed, the County's staff will document items that need maintenance during <br /> monthly site visits. The County will schedule repair of the items with the on-call <br /> contractor. <br /> 2.5 EMERGENCY SERVICES <br /> Emergency services include events that require immediate response include, but <br /> are not limited to: <br /> 1 Call out by the flare station auto-dialer or County personnel <br /> 2 Repair of main header line breaks (resulting in no gas flow to the blower/flare <br /> station) <br /> 3 Odor complaints <br /> 4 Loss of flare ignition and failure of the flare to operate <br /> LFG Operation And Maintenance Plan San Joaquin County <br /> Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill 6 Public Works Department <br /> October 26,2012 Solid Waste Division <br />
