A copy of the manual is kept at the flare station storage closet. <br /> Maintenance activities include: <br /> 1. Rotating active/inactive blowers <br /> 2. Lubricating blower and drive motor bearings <br /> 3. Checking and replacing blower drive belts as needed <br /> 4. Checking the pilot fuel tank levels, and refilling them as necessary <br /> 5. Inspecting and cleaning flame arresters as needed <br /> ' 6. Inspecting the performance of the air compressor <br /> 7. Cleaning condensate injection nozzle <br /> 8. Visual inspection of the flare fire eye, automatic shut-off valve, vacuum <br /> gauges and flow meter. <br /> 2.1.D REPORTING <br /> The data for the LFG collection system is reported to as required by CCR <br /> Title 17 and 27. The recorded data of LFG system are entered in a excel <br /> spreadsheet and saved as required by SJVAPCD permit. <br /> 2.2 PERIMETER MONITORING <br /> Perimeter LFG migration monitoring probes are monitored quarterly in <br /> accordance with Article 6 of Title 27, CCR.
