Corral Hollow Landfill Operational Procedures Document <br /> t <br /> The flare UV scanner will be observed for proper operation and cleaned in accordance with <br /> manufacturer's specifications. <br /> The LFG blower (and electrical motor) bearings will be lubricated in accordance with the <br /> ' manufacturer's specifications. <br /> Proper operation of the automatic dialer system, alarm signal inputs (e.g., flame failure, etc.), and <br /> BFS controller set points will be verified and re-programmed, if needed. <br /> Quarterly <br /> ' Alarm signals (for blower failure, flame failure, and low temperature) will be simulated for <br /> proper operation and notification. During alarm simulation activities (where applicable) the <br /> alarm sensing equipment will be adjusted in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. <br /> ' The air compressor oil and air filters will be replaced in accordance with manufacturer's <br /> specifications. <br /> ' The flare flame arrester will be inspected and cleaned as needed. <br /> ' Non-Routine Maintenance <br /> Non-routine maintenance will consist of corrective repairs identified during scheduled <br /> monitoring and maintenance inspections and can include: <br /> ' • Raising, re-routing or replacing LFG collection piping to ensure proper condensate <br /> drainage and vacuum distribution. <br /> • Repairing or replacing blower/flare system components. <br /> ' • Replacing damaged or non-functioning extraction well components (valves, flex <br /> connectors, sample ports). <br /> ' • Repair of main header or lateral line blockages or breaks <br /> • Repairing or replacing condensate pumps, piping and controls. <br /> 5 <br /> 1 <br />
