The work at the site is progressing with a park <br /> site as the final objective . The Parks and Recreation Department <br /> of the City of Stockton anticipates that this site will not be <br /> required for park purposes until at least 1987 . <br /> Item #15 . The site is owned and operated by the City of Stockton <br /> and is operated under the direction of the Director of Public <br /> works . His representatives are the Street Maintenance Superin- <br /> tendent and the Maintenance Supervisor for Street Cleaning. The <br /> operation of the site is by contract operator, who works within <br /> the limits of the attached specifications .
