The intent of the operation of the site is to cover the
old dump atea with a minimum of three feet of inert , Class III
demolition waste. The intended long term use is for a park site .
A map is attached showing the contour lines of the site prelimi-
nary to the current operation . The entire site will be filled to
elevation 25 , with the final grading to be determined when a final
use has been resolved.
Item #8 . See attached.
Item #9 . The entire site will be filled to elevation 25 during
the current fill operation. A soils investigation of the French
Camp disposal site prepared by J. H. Kleinfelder and Associates
and submitted to the City of Stockton in April 1974 is attached.
Item #10 .
