This will provide a <br /> conservative evaluation of site leakage. These analyses are intended <br /> to comply with the vadose zone characterization required in the Report <br /> of Waste Discharge and the Solid Waste Assessment Test. <br /> EMCON will measure the water levels in the monitoring wells and <br /> prepare a ground-water contour map for the French Camp Site. The <br /> direction of ground-water movement will be determined from the ground- <br /> water contour map. When this ground-water investigation is completed, <br /> EMCON will provide a report containing the findings and conclusions <br /> and submit it to the City of Stockton.
