El Dorado, Room 317 <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> RE: French Camp Landfill - 39-AA-0002 <br /> Dear Mr. Montgomery: <br /> The California Waste Management Board (Board) staff conducted the <br /> third investigation of the subject facility on November 17-18, <br /> 1987 pursuant to Sections 66796.38 and 66796. 67 (a) of the <br /> Government Code. <br /> Violations of the following State Minimum Standards were <br /> documented during this investigation: <br /> 17656 - I.D. Signs <br /> 17681 - Availability of Cover <br /> 17682 —Cover <br /> 17710 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br /> Compliance with the leachate standard, Section 17704, will be <br /> determined upon receipt of the groundwater investigation data as <br /> reported to the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> The facility was found to be in compliance with all other <br /> applicable State Minimum Standards. <br /> The San Joaquin Local Health District (Local Enforcement Agency) <br /> will continue to monitor the status of activities initiated to <br /> correct the noted discrepancies. <br /> As a result of the planning you have initiated and the efforts <br /> that have been made to attain compliance with the State Minimum <br /> Standards, no additional investigations are anticipated until the <br /> next investigation cycle.
