CALIFORNIA WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD <br /> FACILITY INVESTIGATION REPORT <br /> Investigation #3 Page 1 of 3 <br /> Facility: French Camp Landfill <br /> SWIS #: 39-AA-0002 <br /> Location: Downing Avenue, French Camp (Sect. <br /> 22, TlN, R6E) <br /> Local Enforcement Agency: San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Investigation Dates: November 17/18, 1987 <br /> Investigated by: Jesse Adams <br /> I conducted the third investigation of the subject facility on <br /> November 17-18, 1987. 1 was accompanied by Mr. Alan Bierdermann <br /> of the San Joaquin Local Health District. The results of the <br /> investigation were discussed with Mr. Biedermann, with Mr. Joe <br /> Walker of Public Works, and with John and Phil Giambastiani, the <br /> operators. <br /> Investigation results and compliance with the State Minimum <br /> Standards are documented below. Corrective measures implemented <br /> since the previous investigation are also outlined. The facility <br /> was found in compliance with all other standards. Photo <br /> documentation is available from the Board upon written request. <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> The following violations of the California Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR) Sections were documented during this investigation: <br /> Section 17656 - I.D. Signs <br /> I observed that the signing for the facility required <br /> repair/repainting. It is required that the sign indicate the <br /> name of the site operator . The LEA indicated to the site <br /> operator that he also include on the sign a phone number, the <br /> fact that the facility is not open to the public, and what the <br /> hours of operation are. <br /> Se <br /> ion Manager as e Management Specialist <br />
