Cn this date, based on the facility evaluation <br /> and accompanying data search, your facility was found to satisfy the requirements <br /> of three of the eight RCRA criteria. At this tine, however, we are unable to <br /> make a determination on five remaining criteria listed belga for the reasons <br /> explained: <br /> I. Indeterminate Criteria: <br /> A. Flood Plains: Further investigation is needed to determine <br /> flood conditions at the site and to determine if <br /> the site is adequately protected from washout due <br /> to 100 year flood conditions. <br /> B. Surface Waters: Additional investigation is needed before the <br /> determination can be made on this criterion, because <br /> little information exists on the site and concerns <br /> were raised in 1978 by staff at the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board (SWRCB) about potential <br /> effects on the water quality in adjacent streams. <br /> No Waste Discharge Requirements have been issued <br /> for this site. <br /> C.
