Further <br /> investigation is needed to determine the effects <br /> of the paper pulp waste that is piled over a portion <br /> of the site, and a decision is needed on the adequacy <br /> of the current method of disposal. <br /> E. Safety/Gas: Further investigation is needed to determine if <br /> methane gas is being generated in the older fill area, <br /> and if it is effecting on site or offsite structures. <br /> When it is possible to make a determination with respect to the five indeterminate <br /> criteria referenced above we will notify you of our findings.. If we find the <br /> indeterminate criteria to be satisfied, the name of your facility will not be <br /> subnAtted to our Board for inclusion in the Open Dump Inventory list that will be <br /> sent to the Environmental Protection Agency and published in the Federal Register. <br /> If we find that the currently indeterminate criteria does not satisfy RMA <br /> requirements, the SW1B will provide a grace period of three months to correct <br /> the RCRA deficiencies noted.
