A copy of <br />this report was mailed to you on September 11, 1989. <br />Pursuant to Stephen Chen's conversation on August 4, 1989, with <br />Jeff Tucker, Project Engineer with the California Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board, the State Water Quality Control Board will <br />defer the comment regarding this issue to the State Waste <br />Management Board. <br />Attached for your review is a map showing that portion of the <br />property to be excluded from the landfill because of the Downing <br />Avenue extension and the PG&E gas main. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (209) 944-8339. <br />JAMES B.
