Weber Grant and <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />A strip of land, being a portion of the 65.71 acre parcel of <br />land described in deed to the City of Stockton, dated June 3, <br />1922 and recorded in Book "A" of Deeds, Volume 520, Page 253, San <br />Joaquin County Records, extending from the westerly boundary line <br />of Manthey Road , westerly to the southwesterly boundary line of <br />said land, and lying south of the line described as follows: <br />Commencing at the City of Stockton survey control monument 8S-28 <br />as shown and filed for record in the Book of Surveys, Volume 29' <br />Page 168, San Joaquin County Records; thence N.4442106"W. 76.00 <br />..feet to a point on the westerly boundary line of Manthey Road, <br />thence northeasterly along said westerly line of Manth Road <br />52.37 feet to the True Point of Beginning, thence 5.8709'47"w. <br />approximately 280 feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary <br />line of said land. <br />
