Grewal, MSPE, Director APCD, <br />San Joaquin County Local Health Department <br />FROM: --Dave Schmidt, Economic Development Coordinator <br />SUBJECT: LANDFILL PROGRAM <br />A meeting <br />10:00 a.m. <br />has been slated for Wednesday, December 13, 1989 at <br />in Room 200A of Citv Hall to review and discuss the <br />attached proposal. <br />On November 8, 1989, we met with Frank Alegre and Don Bricker <br />to consider a portable recycling machine to recycle concrete <br />and asphalt. <br />Mr. Alegre immediately changed the location of the recycling <br />machine from Anderson Street to the French Camp landfill at <br />Downing Road.
