Box 206 <br />Lockeford, California 95237 <br />DATE: November 15, 1989 <br />Because of State Assembly Bill 939, we believe <br />that our proposed recycling project will 'help the City <br />of Stockton meet its landfill reduction in addition to <br />allowing the City of Stockton a source of positive revenue. <br />Our proposal is based upon the following conditions and <br />arovisions: <br />1) The proposed site would be leased to <br />RamRock Environmental at one of the <br />following options: <br />a) The rate of $.25 per ton <br />or $.50 per cubic yard <br />for all incoming material. <br />b) The rate of $.30 per ton <br />for each ton of finished <br />product being sold. <br />2) RamRock Environmental shall maintain the <br />lease site in a neat and orderiv fashion. <br />Fencing, dust control and access road <br />maintenance shall be the responsibil=.ty <br />of RamRock Environmental. <br />Trees sahll be planted around the perimeter <br />of the property to provide a sound barrier <br />in needed. <br />4) RamRock Environmental shall carry liability <br />insurance covering the operations, naming <br />the City of Stockton as additional insured <br />at limits of S1,000,000.00. <br />
