The operator shall submit to the LEA copies of plans for the <br />closure and postclosure of the landfill for approval by the <br />LEA, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and CIWMB. These <br />plans shall be submitted not later than 180 days before the <br />five year permit review is due. The plans shall be included <br />as part of the application for the five year permit review <br />process. <br />2. In conjunction with the closure/postclosure plans, evidence is <br />to be submitted of financial ability to provide for the cost <br />of closure and 15 years of post closure maintenance. <br />u • � • � �±�i7ri3c`yj <br />The following items shall be monitored by the operator of the <br />facility or his agent.
