4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with <br />state minimum standards for solid waste handling and disposal <br />as determined by the local enforcement agency (LEA) on <br />September 13, 1991. <br />5. The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance <br />provisions as required by the Stockton City Fire Department. <br />6. The Notice of Determination for this permit shall be subject <br />to all applicable mitigation measures which are identified in <br />the Negative Declaration as adopted by the City of Stockton <br />Community Development Department. This complies with Section <br />21108 and/or 21152 of the Public Resources Code. The negative <br />declaration (SCH 9002096) was adopted by the City of Stockton <br />on June 24, 1991. <br />CONDITIONS REQUIREXENTS <br />1. The facility must comply with state minimum standards for <br />solid waste handling and disposal. <br />2. This facility must comply with all federal, state, and local <br />requirements and enactments. <br />3. Any additional information concerning the design and operation <br />of this facility must be provided as required by the LEA. <br />4.
