The <br />changes have been identified in green ink for your convenience. <br />Please resubmit the Verification of Establishment of Funds, and <br />Certification letters with the corrections and include a <br />corrected, signed, and attested Resolution. <br />The Board is committed to assisting operators of solid waste <br />landfills in complying with the financial assurance criteria of <br />the regulations.
