Low <br />traffic volumes on Manthey Road and low frequency of Traffic <br />entering the site (approximately 50 vehicles per day) preclude <br />the necessity for traffic control devices. <br />Item #5. The intent of the operation of the site is to cover the <br />old dump atea with a minimum of three feet of inert, Class III <br />demolition waste. The intended long term use is for a park site. <br />A map is attached showing the contour lines of the site prelimi- <br />nary to the current operation.
