MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM 6 <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> SURFACE WATER MONITORING <br /> Surface water shall be sampled upstream of the landfill at monitoring points S-1 and S-2 <br /> (background) and downstream of the site at monitoring point S-3, as shown in Attachment B, <br /> after the first storm of the rainy season which produces significant flow and quarterly <br /> thereafter when water is present. <br /> Surface water monitoring reports may be submitted with the corresponding quarterly ground <br /> water monitoring and shall include evaluation of potential impacts of the facility on surface <br /> water quality and compliance with the Water Quality Protection Standard. <br /> Method detection limits and practical quantitation limits shall be reported. All peaks shall be <br /> reported, including those which cannot be quantified and/or specifically identified.
