MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -4- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL <br /> LIMITED CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> but not be limited to, any evaluation monitoring, investigation, data collection, <br /> data analysis or other tasks necessary to monitor the effectiveness of corrective <br /> actions or to begin any ground water cleanup needed to achieve compliance with <br /> the Water Quality Protection Standard. <br /> SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS PLAN <br /> A sampling and Analysis Plan shall be submitted to Board staff by 31 March 1993 <br /> for approval. The sampling and analysis plan shall include specific methods for <br /> surface water, ground water, and vadose zone pore fluid water quality sample <br /> collection, handling, chain of custody control , analytical procedures, and field <br /> and laboratory quality assurance and quality control. <br /> PROPOSED SURFACE WATER MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> The Discharger shall submit by 31 March 1993 a proposed surface water monitoring <br /> program in accordance with Article 5 of Chapter 15. <br /> Walker and French Camp Sloughs shall be sampled upstream and downstream of the <br /> waste management facility, which shall constitute the points of compliance for <br /> surface waters. Surface water flows from on and around WMUs shall be sampled at <br /> the point[s] where they leave the facility boundary, during the first storm of <br /> the rainy season which produces significant flows. Surface water samples shall <br /> be analyzed for the following: <br /> ParameterlConstituent Units <br /> Total Organic Carbon mg/l <br /> Specific Conductance (field) mhos/cm <br /> pH (field) pH units <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l <br /> Hardness (as CaCO3) mg/l <br /> Chlorides mg/l <br /> Sulfates mg/l <br /> Dissolved Iron mg/l <br /> Manganese mg/l <br /> Nitrate (as N) mg/l <br /> PROPOSED GROUND WATER AND VADOSE ZONE PORE FLUID MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> The Discharger shall submit by 15 April 1993, a proposed revised ground water and <br /> vadose zone pore fluid monitoring system and program in accordance with Article <br />
