MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -5- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL <br /> LIMITED CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 5 of Chapter 15. The water quality monitoring system and program shall be <br /> sufficient to demonstrate compliance, or lack thereof, with the Water Quality <br /> Protection Standard. Existing water quality monitoring stations and data can be <br /> proposed for incorporation in the revised monitoring system and program. The <br /> proposal shall includes <br /> A. Proposed conceptual design and location of water quality monitoring points <br /> including those at the point of compliance (§2550.7); <br /> B. Proposed monitoring parameters, constituents of concern, and their monitoring <br /> frequencies (§2550.7 and §2550.8) <br /> C. Proposed concentration limits and/or methods for establishing concentration <br /> limits (§2550.4); and, <br /> D. Proposed statistical methods for determining statistically significant <br /> evidence for a release from WMUs. <br /> The Discharger shall also propose a monitoring system and program pursuant to <br /> §2550.10 of Chapter 15 for determining the effectiveness of any corrective <br /> actions. <br /> Ground Water Monitoring <br /> The existing ground water monitoring system consists of "background" monitoring <br /> well MW-5 and downgradient monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, and MW-4. The <br /> Discharger shall continue to monitor these wells for the constituents and <br /> parameters specified below at the specified frequency until the Discharger°s <br /> revised monitoring program is approved by the Board and the monitoring system is <br /> operational. <br /> Parameter/Constituent Units Freguencv <br /> Temperature °C Quarterly <br /> Turbidity N.T.U.
