AND ALLIED WASTE INDUSTRIES INC <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Staff has prepared tentative revised Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for Post-Closure <br /> Maintenance of the French Camp Landfill. The WDRs will be considered for adoption by the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board at a public meeting on 3/4 May 2007. Any comments or <br /> recommendations you may have concerning the enclosed tentative resolution must be <br /> submitted to this office by 9 April 2007 in order for us to give them full consideration prior to <br /> the 3/4 May 2007 meeting. Comments submitted after this date will not be considered. <br /> In order to conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the tentative WDRs has <br /> been sent only to the Discharger. Interested parties are advised that the full text of the WDRs <br /> is available on the Regional Board's web site at <br /> http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/rwgcb5/tentative.
